In this deck you will find every exercise in the Pilates Mat order that Lesley Logan’s teacher, Jay Grimes, taught her. Jay studied with Joseph Pilates, the founder of the Pilates method.
Every card has the exercise “Set Up,” “Action,” and a “Transition” to the next exercise, as well as substitutions, tips and reps. PLUS! There is a fancy OPC barcode on the front of each card will allow you to easily find a video that goes along with the exercise!
Challenge your memory by looking at the picture and guessing exercise name, and what comes before it or after it. Study up on what you need to know to do the exercise.
Also, Lesley threw in a couple of bonus exercises that she loves for newbies to know, as they are great for substituting for any exercise they aren’t ready to tackle just yet, while still teaching the connection to the center.
