If you're curious about Pilates but unsure where to start, you're in the right place. At b.Pilates & Fitness, all new clients begin with an Introduction to Pilates package designed to build a strong foundation in the method.
These introductory sessions focus on breath, alignment, and control while allowing us to understand your body and movement patterns. From there, we help guide you into the classes or sessions that best support your goals.

Once you’ve completed your introduction, you can continue with Pilates classes, private sessions, or semi-private training. These options allow you to build strength, mobility, and control while progressing deeper into the Pilates method.
