COMPLETE AN INTRODUCTION TO PILATES

INTRODUCTION TO PILATES PACKAGE – 3 private appointments – $225.00

INTRODUCTION TO PILATES SEMI PRIVATE PACKAGE – 3 semi private appointments (you and a friend or two) – $150.00 per person

Program Policy

All new clients are required to complete an introductory package, even if you have past Pilates experience.  This gives us the opportunity to best serve you.

Each lesson is based on a 50–minute workout. To get the most out of our efforts, please be ready to exercise at the appointment time. Keep in mind that when you are late to a session, it will end at the scheduled time.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to facilitate ease of movement, along with socks, bare feet for pilates or clean athletic shoes for training sessions.

Payment Policy

All lessons must be paid for in advance. This will reserve a scheduled time slot and help you commit to your goals.

Visa, Master Card, Cheque, cash, and e-transfer payments are accepted.

Lesson payments are non-refundable, but they may be transferred for another program or service if still valid. 

Please note that all packages do expire. Varied lengths based on package size.

All prices noted above are subject to GST. 

Cancellation Policy

You, as the client, have the ability to cancel at any time. As a professional courtesy, 24 hours notice is required when cancelling an appointment. If you do not provide 24 hours notice, you will be charged for that session.
