In this deck you will find the Classical Pilates Cadillac/Tower exercises, as taught to Lesley Logan by one of Joseph Pilates’ clients, Jay Grimes. You’ll also find some exercises that Lesley has learned along the way to help you progress your Pilates practice.
The deck includes 110 exercise cards. You will also find direction for how to use the deck and, while no order was made for the Cadillac, Lesley has included tips for creating a workout depending on where you are in your practice.
Challenge your memory by looking at the picture and guessing the exercise name, and what exercises compliment it. Study up on what you need to know to do the exercise.

Each full-color card includes one full side with an image of an exercise. The other side is chock full of information that will help you learn each of these exercises inside and out! For every exercise Lesley has written out:

• the attachment needed,
• how many reps you should do,
• if it’s doable on a Tower or not,
