In this deck, you will find the Classical Pilates Wunda Chair, High Chair and Arm Chair exercises, as taught to Lesley Logan by one of Joseph Pilates’ clients, Jay Grimes. You’ll also find some exercises that Lesley has learned along the way to help you progress your Pilates practice.
The deck includes 97 exercise cards. You will also find directions for how to use the deck and, while no order was made for the Wunda Chair, High Chair and Arm Chair, Lesley has included tips for creating a workout depending on where you are in your practice.
Challenge your memory by looking at the picture and guessing the exercise name, and what exercises compliment it. Study up on what you need to know to do the exercise.
