The #TravelingTeaser Contest is BACK!

I LOVE Summer – the season that we seem to wait for more than any other! The weather is welcoming, the days are longer, and everyone just seems happier. Plus, summer means vacations, weekend getaways, and day-trips. 

To encourage you to take Pilates with you on your summer travels, I am happy to announce the second annual #TravelingTeaser Contest.

So… What is a “Teaser” Again? 

You don’t have to be a Pilates Pro to win this contest! You can even win with your very first Teaser. On my Instagram page, I show six variations you can try, no matter your fitness level. Search for #TeaserTuesday online for even more examples. 

Your teaser doesn’t have to be perfect, great, or even good. It just has to be your best try. Last year it was exciting to see the fun and creative entries: beautiful scenery, at the beach, on top of signs, and even atop picnic tables.
